To file a property claim, you may contact us during regular business hours or you may contact your insurance carrier directly. While we will be very attentive to your claim and will assist you in making sure your claim is handled fairly and promptly, we strongly suggest that you contact the insurance carrier directly to expedite the claim service. The insurance carrier will then contact us and we will assist you in resolving your claim issue. Please retain all documents relative to the claim (estimates, police reports, etc.) and provide them to us at your earliest convenience so we may properly resolve your claim.
